"We booked this trip last minute and were impressed with the cleanliness of the building and room. Each person at the desk was very helpful, especially Ariel in giving us pointers on NJ transit. I had booked an extra night in case we missed our standby flight, and Rafael was super patient, flexible with our situation and allowed us to cancel a little later until we made our flight. "This place was a real find. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the rooms great. We had a one bedroom apartment which was very spacious and clean. It’s away from the busy areas of town, but very convenient for Statue of Liberty, World Trade Centre and Brooklyn Bridge. The ability to cook and eat in the apartment was also great. "

Hilton Garden Inn NYC Financial Center/Manhattan Downtown

"Such a wonderful hotel! My room was available for check-in 4 hours earlier than the standard check in time with no extra cost. Location is convenient, you will find a few subways lines around, multiple restaurants and coffeehouses. The rooms are very convenient: beds/pillows and comfy, room size is good, mini fridge and coffee/tea maker are available. Different types of lighting makes it convenient. Location of power sockets is great. Bathroom is wonderful. They have shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion available. It’s a very quiet hotel, I didn’t hear any noise from the corridor or other rooms. As well, the cleanliness was on point! Iron, ironing table and a drying rack are available in the room. Every morning there is a free station in the lobby with hot water, tea and coffee. The laundry room is fine, though slightly pricy (4$ per wash). The gym is also good. The view to the water and ferry was very nice. Thank you, Hilton for the warm welcome and pleasant stay! "

"I rarely stay downtown, but when I drive into the city, I need an easy commute with simple parking options. This hotel fits the bill. Easy access to the 1 to get uptown for a few shows and exceptional walking in Battery Park around the Village and SOHO. Clean and neat rooms that were fairly spacious by NYC standards. We scored a corner room with floor to ceiling windows which was a real bonus. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend!"

"I loved the stay, the room service was amazing, room was my type of style, the only thing I would say I didn’t like was how the shower didn’t close it was a half glass shower but for some, that might be your thing, just for me the water was coming out of the shower but overall I would stay again. "
