"Hotel Terme Providence is a beautiful family owned hotel. The property is in impeccable condition and the owners Maria and Gian Paulo are kind and helpful. The pool and spa facilities are wonderful and the front desk recommended great beach and boat excursions while we were here. The food at the Hotel is also delicious and prepared with fresh, local ingredients. We have someone in our family with a food allergy and they were highly accommodative. We definitely recommend Hotel Terme Providence. "

We enjoyed long lazy days by the pool, world class treatments in the spa, family workouts in the open air gym, taxis whenever we needed them, brilliant tips on how to explore this heavenly little island and the best Italian food from this divine region. "This is a wonderful and charming hotel. It has four thermal pools. The room was beautiful with views of the ocean and the gardens. The breakfast buffet was wonderful wonderful. The air conditioning was perfect and strong. The location is outstanding near the Poseidon and near top restaurants across the street. The beach is directly across the street. The staff and the owner were wonderful. I love this place so much"

"From the moment we arrived, the hotel and staff were amazing. We arrived many hours before check in after 22hours of travel and had, first, a bite to eat. Our room was ready right after. The room was darling, clean, and comfortable. The hotel was amazing and staff was incredible. We highly recommend Botania and will likely return to bring the rest of my family. "

"We stayed for 2 nights and had a wonderful time... The hotel is very sensely located and a 5 minute taxi ride away from the port. FYI taxi to the hotel is 20 euros. Hotel is beautiful and has a classy old timey feel with modern updates. Reception was fantastic and so helpful... They arranged a scooter for us for 35 Euros for 24 hours, suggested restaurants, booked the spa for me via phone... Welcome bottle of prosecco and sweets was very kind. The room was beautiful and spacious, well appointed with a large bathroom. The bed was not very comfortable but everything was very very clean. We had a room overlooking the water and a private patio which was beautiful! We cross the street to the sister hotel and took a dip in the thermal bath... The water was very nice but not as hot as I was expecting. Had a massage in a spa which was fine. Breakfast buffet both mornings was wonderful! Huge spread of foods from savory to sweet, fresh juices, prosecco, coffee to order... Highlight of our stay was Agostano and Gerardo in the bar. They really made our trip so lovely! Agostano is a wealth of knowledge and experience and so warm and kind. Both gentlemen were utmost professionals in hospitality in general and hoteling and bartending. Their knowledge of mixology was astounding. The entire staff was extremely professional and knowledgeable and showed us the true meaning of hospitality."

"The property is uniquely beautiful with pool and sea to swim in, thermal pools, a spa and tennis court as well as cocktail area, restaurant and lunch restaurant. Very relaxing . Excellent staff. Some walking up and down stairs required but a golf cart is available for part of it. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay."

"The Hotel San Giorgio Terme is truly a wonderful hotel on the beautiful island of Ischia! The hotel is truly beautiful and the entire staff was accommodating and professional. Both of our meals were delicious and the service was excellent! The dining room, like the hotel was also beautiful. The front desk staff was really great! They were accommodating and professional in every way. Making sure that our stay was wonderful! Their recommendation of taking the small water taxi to nearby Sant’Angelo was a wonderful afternoon for me and my wife and I am sure will be a lasting memory! What a wonderful hotel! "

"Property was nice, a bit spread out but that’s ok. We stayed in the block of rooms across the road from the main hotel. The check in was easy, they ordered scooters for us and they were delivered to the hotel. The bar was nice and had nice staff. Live music every night, and the spa in the hotel. The thermal pools are nice but a bit smelly due to the sulphur. The beach was great, but didn’t offer services so you had to go get your own drinks at the bar. Was in a great location and walking distance to many restaurants. Breakfast was ok, lots of sweet breads and rolls, would be nice if there were more options for fresh fruit. Enjoyed our stay here for 4 nights, would come back again"
