"I booked this room based on view and free airport shuttle service. Room was nice and clean but host refused to honor the free airport shuttle saying they no longer offer that service. She refused to honor it nor give any compensation. Five days later VBRO has still not heard a response from her so they are escalating the complaint. However the internet does not work. It is dependent on a modem located in owner's apartment next door. It took five days for him to see to it and then it worked for one evening. I gave up. It was obvious that the owner did not want to be disturbed. Not welcoming and not helpful."
