Safe neighborhood with a beautiful ‘boardwalk’ that people walk day/night. Walk to watch surfing competitions. Host was very responsive and easy to communicate with. Would reccomend! "

"Me and my husband stayed here while visiting family. We aren’t smokers or drinkers and barely spent much time in the home, and neither did we allow anyone else inside the home. We left the property clean and were overall pleased with this stay and was looking forward to leaving a great review but then we were hit with a $150 request for what we were told was a violation for smoking in the property. Again we are not smokers and no one else was in the property. There is a camera on the property...
