"We enjoyed our brief stay at this home in Weems with fire pit and access to water. The house had all the necessities. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, though the geese tried to stake their claim on the dock. 😂 At one point, a group of 7 deer came sauntering through the back yard - fun to watch. We enjoyed a lovely fire one night as we watched the Hunter moon rise. "

"The property is very secluded, You feel like the world is behind you. It is peaceful and quiet, The sound of nature will be the only symphony you’ll hear. I love the private beach area. We fished and caught some crab on the boat deck. The house is a bit old but that is where the charm is. There was some bug in the house but that was expected. Overall we had great time. "

"Such a nice peaceful place. There is a short kayak paddle to the Chesapeake Bay. Lots of Kayaks to choose from too, kayaks for the novice to the expert paddler or bring your own like I did. Frank and Sandy are the hosts and could not be more accommodating. This is the best equipped Holiday home we have stayed in and we have stayed in quite a few over the years. Best of all we could bring our wonderful Dog Angus, he's not just a Pet he's family!"

"Gorgeous quiet property, clean and well appointed with additional small touches to make for a lovely welcome and stay (eg coffee to get started, shower gel/soap, clocks in bedrooms, nightlights, railings for stairs into property which was really helpful having my 87yr mother with me who has some mobility challenges). Wonderful (lit) dock to enjoy, watching the world (and egrets!) go by. Fabulous local country store nearby and a great central location for exploring the area. Very responsive host....

"House was Great for us because we where in a wedding and was perfect for the pics we took I had informed the owner that there was a tree that had fallen down in the driveway no can to remove it I had to use a saw all that I had in my truck to cut it up some So that the cars in my group could get thru Other then that VERY NICE PLACE"

"Our weekend stay was perfect and cozy. The home was clean and had everything we needed. "

"We loved this cute house. It was modernly decorated, had everything we needed and then some. We loved the quite of the country, but not really in country! and close to the marina we were heading for the next day. Reelin' and Relaxin' is very fitting name for the house and the area. Our only concern was house is not on a heavy traffic road, but cars zipped by quite fast for a dead end road."

"I was in town for a couple nights as I was attending a meeting. I found the place to be cozy and convenient. It's just about a block away from a coffee house. I appreciated the character of the home and the design of the interior, which contributed to me feeling comfortable in the space. "

The location is great although it’s a bit of a drive to anywhere. Our plan was to spend most of the time at the house and in the bay. However that didn’t happen.
