"The apartment is nice and well appointed. It is walking distance to restaurants on lower Greenville and centrally located for all of the sites of Dallas. Previous renters have mentioned that the apartment is built over a carport resulting in two oddities. 1) The assigned parking is under the unit and a getting a big SUV navigated into the spot might be a challenge. 2) The unit is basically on stilts and as a previous reviewer mentioned, you can feel the unit move. "The duplex was super clean. It looked like it was staged to be ready to be sold. It has a full kitchen, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, an eating area and a couch that fold out into a bed. Just one thing, the water faucet in the sink is just barely a stream and it is very cold. The shower is that way too. Other than that, perfect! Also very close to the Cowboy stadium and Arlington ball park. Highly recommend! We will be back next year. "

"We had a great weekend at Bridgete's apartment in Arlington, TX. We were here for the Cowboys vs Commanders game and this place is within walking distance of the stadium (about 1 mile). Communication with Bridgete was on point and we would definitely recommend her place to anyone coming to town for an event near Six Flags and AT&T stadium. Playing Cornhole in the fenced in back yard was a major plus. Thank you for being a gracious host "
