"We came to Tucson for our annual trip and were excited to stay in a nice area close to St. Phillip’s Plaza and La Encantada. However, our expectations were not met. We specifically chose this stay to have access to a pool as we do not have outdoor pool access during the winter where we live. "Overall I am very happy with my stay. The house is overall very clean. Some feed back- The carpet in the bedroom/closet really needs a steam cleaning. It’s very dirty and a lot of spills and stains. Also noticed the AC filter is full of dust and needs changing as well. Water filter and air filter in refrigerator both have red lights saying they need replacement. The kitchen and bathroom cabinets need a deep cleaning. Grease on cabinets above stove, toothpaste drippings on bathroom cabinet doors....

"This property was nice, clean and in a great location. We have stayed in this development in the past and love them. There were are couple of issues that the property manager resolved within 12 hours. The unit lacked a few "Nice Touches" that would have made me give a full 5 stars. Things like, tissues, hand lotion, salt/pepper, plastic cups for the pool. There was a Mary Jane smell in the unit, and the construction starts VERY EARLY in the morning on the new buildings in this development....
