There is a dock available to tie up your boat, but no electric, so plan accordingly. The kayaks were the sit-on-top kind and worked pretty well. "While the living spaces were a tad smaller than we thought, it worked well for our family of 6. The lake is a nice one, clear waters and overall pretty quiet (except for that girls summer camp occasionally playing music, but it wasn’t every night and it was on the other end of the lake). The view from the addition is what makes this place special. What could be improved is the downstairs (master) bed— would recommend a refresh there as we felt jealous of our kids on the nicer twin mattresses....
