"I was looking for a place in the mountains with access to water to spend a five day silent retreat. This place was absolutely perfect. Everywhere you walk there are streams of water coming down from the mountains. The water is so clear you can drink it straight from the stream. "This property is the perfect size for a family of 3 but can easily host at least 6 or 7. Only concern is the dust because of allergies. Other than that pretty cool place!"

"This property was private and secluded. Just what we were looking for. It was clean, cozy with spectacular views. This was a peaceful retreat with many sounds of nature. Property owner was very responsive and helpful. "

"We loved this property and I only wish we had more time. The host and the caretaker were responsive. Excellent bird watching in the mornings. Fresh guava to eat off the trees. We had two dinners at the farm next store and they were delicious! A lovely stay and my only wish is we had more time. Ricardo was super friendly and very helpful. A bit tricky to find but excellent directions. I hope to go back some day."

"I stayed a couple of nights with friends, we only wanted a place to talk, play board games, cook some food and relax. This property was perfect for all that, with plenty of sitting areas. The bathroom was very nice, with plenty of space for large groups. The property was very clean and with a nice view. "The house was well maintained and comfortable (we didn't spend a lot of time there, but the kitchen was well appointed, beds were comfortable) and the location was perfect for hiking Volcan Barva and starting our CR trip. The only issue we had was with the management company, Vacasa, who didn't communicate our arrival to the house manager, but otherwise it was perfect."
