"We just had the pleasure of staying at the Koser House over Thanksgiving. We couldn’t have had a better experience! Upon arrival Bryan called to let us know how to access the door code and to let us know he turned the lights and tv on for us. Once we got there he had a hand written note and candy waiting for us. The house itself is a dream, the location, the amenities, and the cleanliness of the house was perfect. We had a couple little ones so we had to rearrange a little of their furniture...

"This is a great little property that served as a perfect home base for a guys weekend set around an Iowa football game. The garage and grill were definite pluses. We will definitely consider using this property again for another similar outing in the future. The host was great to work with!"

"Three couples for the weekend and the house was perfect. Beds were comfortable. There were plenty of places to hang out where we could all be together or be in different sitting areas. TVs in every room! Location was also ideal! Highly recommend and will be staying there again next time we all get together."
