"Check in was nice and easy with clear directions to the room in another building. I think the building was called Loch Say. The room was one floor up and likely a converted attic. Bed was comfortable and, shower nice and clean with all amenities expected. The steep sided roof was annoying and other than the bed, there was no furnishing. We literally sat on the floor to watch TV and make tea/coffee. Location wise, the hotel is centrally located, directly opposite Conic Hill Car Park and where...

"Lift out of order, again. However they moved us to a ground floor room with balcony, overlooking the Loch. Beautiful but, room very small, no wardrobes and no double glazing. A sleepless 3 night's. The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. "

"In beautiful location on banks of Loch Lomond. Really friendly staff, great food and large comfy room. There was live music in the bar which created a nice atmosphere. We had our golden retriever with us, staff were all dog friendly. "
