"It was lovely. Room nice and clean. Staff were brilliant. Only issue I had was someone was locked out of there room and wasn’t quiet about it. And just before 11 my key stopped working, luckily there was a cleaner to let me in and grab my bags "

"The staff were really friendly and helpful, we arrived early and were allowed to drop our suitcase at reception whilst we went into town. We were also allowed to do an early check in which was really great. The bed was super comfortable, I did have to ask for extra pillows and toilet roll but this was provided promptly. "Warm welcome on arrival and very friendly staff throughout. Good food in the restaurant with beautiful loch views. Room and bathroom were little bit tight on space but comfortable and we had a view over the loch. Very dog friendly. Nice little walk to the loch through a tunnel under the road. Note: no lifts so need to be able to do stairs and carry luggage upstairs "

"This hotel exceeded all expectations. From the moment we arrived until we left the staff were nothing but helpful and went out of our way to make our honeymoon trip special. The room we had 'Lomand' was incredible and the four poster bed of my dreams. The claw bath was also a highlight and the room was clean and bright. "The accommodation was very spacious, clean, and ideal for a family with a dog. The garden was large and very suitable for children and pets, and ideal for outside activity - play, relaxing and eating. The location was perfect, with beautiful views, close to safe walks, and exploring the shore, as well as being just a 15 minute drive from the town of Dunoon with supermarket, cafes, restaurants, and shops."

"The apartment is clean and comfortable with great views. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking although apart from salt, pepper and cooking oil there were no other basics such as tea and coffee.Communication with the owner was excellent. It was easy to park in front of the property. It might not suit those with mobility issues as the (internal) stairs to the property are quite steep. We enjoyed our stay and would be happy to return. "
