"We had stayed in the hotel under a previous name. On this occasion we came back as a stop off on the way to the Highlands. It had been completely renovated. The condition of the room we used was excellent. Breakfast was always good. It still was. We had dinner there twice and the food was very good."

"We were central to the city to explore the vibrant city of Glasgow! Leslie at reception moved us to the top floor with a river view, knowing it was our belated honeymoon/ anniversary UK trip! Love the white noise of the trains 🚆 😍 for 😴 💤 🛌. However, the window shuts out the white noise if you don’t prefer it ;). Breakfast was delightful with mamy options but would have liked to see some vegetables included (ie omlette etc). Very clean & able to enjoy Netflix etc to chill as needed, too. Friendly service by all staff during our 2 night stay! We would stay here again! - Team RAD fr NS, Canada🇨🇦"

"Really lovely hotel with lovely reception staff. Let us check in at 9 rather than 2:30 without any fees which was much needed after a 4am start! Great rooms, clean, comfy beds. The only thing that brings this place down is the Wifi. There is little to no signal in the area, and the hotel wifi is very patchy, which if they fix, this hotel would be perfect! Really great though, can’t fault anything else. If I could give 4.5, I would give 4.5 stars purely because the Wifi factor but all else is great. Have stayed before and will stay again! "
