Kitchen was very well equipped to cook our Christmas dinner and the game room provided lots of entertainment and competitive games of pool Beds were comfy with nice linens home was well appointed and very welcoming. "The house is large and very clean. Mostly very well appointed, a few exceptions such as only 3 teaspoons and one bedroom with a small double bed for adults. There is a large TV, but it is locked with the owner’s account. There are no instructions anywhere, TVs, pellet stove, hot tub, gas fireplace etc. No call to check that you are in okay. No phone number in case of an issue. I emailed both VRBO and the owner with no response from either. Pool table kept children entertained - a lot to enjoy,...

"Place was extremely clean and we loved the peacefulness of the area. Our dog loved the river across the street. It was so easy to drive to North Conway, and many of the mountains in the area for hiking. I would highly recommend this place and we hope to return."
