"Everything was wonderful about our stay. One of the best rentals we have had over the years, and Janet has thought of everything, and the house is so very clean. The location cannot be beat with the waterfront, the dock and the swimming raft and loved having the boats available to us. "We spent a week on Sheep Island in July 2024. We loved it. The accommodations were beautiful, the kitchen well enough equipped, the beds comfortable, the lake clean and the view amazing. We had 2.5 days of rain so were glad for the games and puzzles available. I think it would have been nice to have a clothesline for the swimming towels to dry. The chairs in the main area were about the only thing we would change. With the amount of rain, we were stuck inside but not very comfortably. ...

"A cute and cozy cottage that is exactly as described and as pictures. Has all the amenities for a vacation and close to everything!"

"The place was great. Plenty of space for two families to stay. Lots of rooms for kids to have fun downstairs. Only issue is it’s a stretch to call this ski on and off. If there is snow, the trail to walk to the lifts isn’t cleared. Not a big issue and we had loads of fun. "

"Everything was so easy for checking in! The house was very well stocked with anything you would need. There were even extras just in case you forgot something like a tooth brush shampoo etc... Everything was neat and tidy when we arrived! The fishing on the pond was great! Caught plenty of bass and pickerel! Plenty of hiking to do nearby! And the best part was we were able to bring our two pups with us! They had a blast on the pond! The hosts were very friendly and easy to communicate...

"My husband and I stayed for our wedding anniversary. It’s convenient location and only 10 minutes from downtown Gorham, however it’s secluded and extremely private. The fire pit along with the sound of the river was the perfect mixture. It’s exactly what we needed as a little getaway!"

"We visited the N. Conway area for snowboarding over a long weekend & stayed at this lovely property. While it’s a bit of a drive to the resorts, we didn’t mind, even during the snowstorm! The cottage was very inviting, comfortable, & well-appointed. We especially enjoyed the wood stove! The owners were likewise very gracious. We hope to visit again next year! "
