"We stayed here for a skiing weekend. The condo itself was well-kept up and comfortable. Fully stocked with kitchenware and bedding/linens. The owner, Paul, was extremely easy to contact - we had a problem connecting the the wi-fi, he called back immediately and we discovered that there was a typo in the check-in instructions. "We had quite a few things that we were not happy with. This ranged from needing some TLC to really a ‘deep’ clean. The plates in the cupboard were still wet from the dishwasher and at least 1 still had residue from a meal. The same was true of the knives in the Faberware block. The oven was dirty and needed a really good clean. The chairs by the dining table were filthy down the side of the cushions (photo to show this) as I discovered when I ran my hands alongside. "Two problems: couldn’t lock door when we left condo. And communication not good. We called when we arrived and again next am. Good thing the problem wasn’t that we couldn’t get in to condo! Apparently the person responsible called us the next day but due to spotty cell service in the area we did not get the message until third day we were there. To be fair, condo was in good condition, comfortable, kitchen and bathroom adequate, good supply of bags, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher too....
