"Very nice, clean and bright home with a nice fenced in yard for when traveling with pets. Check-in and communication was easy. Could use a few extra kitchen items but had what you needed."

"If I could give 10 stars, I would. First of all, this property is completely up-to-date, well kept, clean, and with all the supplies one could need. It is conveniently located near downtown, oodles of restaurants, the university, grocery stores, shopping, etc. Beds are comfy. Quiet neighborhood with minimal street noise. Sherri, has been fabulous to work with and literally thought of everything. Plus we had some travel weather issues and she was wonderful helping us to check in, with speedy communications, etc. Great washer dryer even with laundry supplies. Ample kitchen supplies to cook (pans/ utensils, bakeware) , Keurig, even a crockpot. Great bathroom supplies with everything you need. We will definitely be a return guest! "

"My stay got off to a rough start. When I got into town, there were no check-in instructions waiting in my inbox. When I requested them, I was simply sent a code for the lock box—which worked, opened the door, and saw a construction zone. When I finally got a hold of the host, they let me know I was actually in the upstairs unit, not the unit in the listing title.I got upstairs and there was no key in the lockbox. The downstairs key didn’t work for this door, so I was not able to enter. The host sent the cleaner to open the door as he must not live locally, so I waited for about 25 minutes. The host did offer a refund for the inconvenience. The apartment itself is fine overall. Cleanish—a bit grimy but nothing super gross. The bathroom is small and a DIY reno: the toilet seat was held on by a wrench and the shower rod wasn’t attached at all. Beds are comfy but linens are basic. A few things to note:—there are no working outside lights on the property. Bring a flashlight if you get there after dark. —WiFi is slow/spotty. I wouldn’t plan any meetings with video here. —there is no kettle to boil water in for the provided French press and no other way to make coffee. The kitchen is semi-stocked. Enough to get by but you couldn’t do a lot of cooking there. —there are only sheer curtains in all the bedrooms, so I assume the neighbors can see in when it’s dark, and I was woken up with the sun. The windows are not well sealed and do not keep out much noise. "

"Very clean and well furnished home. House comfortably slept 4 during week long stay. We were very comfortable. Has everything you need to cook breakfast and diners or It’s close to restaurants and shopping. There’s even a nice trail that goes through High Point University if you want to go for run or bike. Drive to Greensboro is about 25 min and Charlotte 1.5hrs. "

"The property was clean. We stayed in room 109, there should be some repairs done, ie paint what has been repaired, remove the stains from the carpet and fix the door frames, repaint the repairs both inside and out"

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The location was central to lots of shops and restaurants and close to High Point University where we toured. Michelle was a great host and easy to communicate with. Everything was clean and neat. Lots of TVs so everyone had a space. Would definitely come back again! "
