"Amply sleeping facilities the shuttle was most helpful"

"The door would only close properly if we slammed it very hard. The balcony sliding door was extremely heavy and needed help to open and close it. The water backed up in shower and one of the toilets needed help to flush. Both are an easy fix. The pool was lovely and so we're the people who work there. Very nice and will visit again "

"The condo was clean and had most items necessary. The furniture needs updating. The chairs and couch are worn and sink in badly when sat on. The toaster meeds replacing as well. It is a nice area and we had an enjoyable visit. "

"The property and location were great. We couldn"t use the amenities and fabulous balcony because of lousy weather, but will come back another time for sure, when the weather is better. We had issues with the heating (it was really cold weather that week), and Sergio worked hard to get maintenance to repair it. We had great communication with him and the property manager, Gary. They were quick to respond to our messages. We will definitely stay here again, when we return to Orlando"
