Located on the Cayuga Wine Trail and 8 miles to the Seneca Wine Trail. Travel down a long gravel driveway to a modern cottage hidden back in the trees. Enjoy peaceful campfires, relax in the hot tub with a glass of wine, or watch Netflix and Disney plus on the 50” smart tv. There are also board games, crossword puzzles, and card games at the cottage if you prefer to stay in. Beautiful open floor plan with fully equipped kitchen for your cooking needs. Kitchen features a coffee bar with a Keurig and complimentary k-cups(coffee, decaf, cocoa, and tea) along with sugar, sugar substitutes, sugar free flavors, and creamers to make your favorite cup of joe.
The cottage has a well, because it is so far back from the road, so once in a while there may be some smell from the water. We do use special water filters so the water is good to drink, cook, and bathe in. We have a Brita water filtration pitcher and bottled water if guests prefer.
For the wine and beer enthusiasts you could stay for weeks and still not manage to visit all the wide array of wineries and breweries in the area! Don’t worry though, we are taking the liberty of providing a detailed list for you at the cottage.
There are plenty of activities to do in the area too. Located on the Cayuga snow mobile trail if guests want to bring their sleds with them to ride. Sheldrake and Deans Cove public boat launches are minutes away for boating enthusiasts. Boat rentals are available in the area. Taughannak Falls and Seneca State Park offer hiking trails and beach swimming. Sampson State Park has miles of bike paths to enjoy. There are also many golf courses in the area. Deer Haven Park offers tours to observe the biggest herd of white deer around protected by 24 miles of fencing.
Other area attractions within an hour of the cottage include Bristol Mountain Ski Resort, Greek Peak Indoor Water Park, Watkins Glen International Raceway, Cayuga Lake Boat Cruises, Museum of the Earth, Waterloo Premium Outlet Mall, and the Del Lago Casino.

Love this place!
I fell in love with this place the moment we stepped inside. So warm and inviting. Obviously has been updated in the recent past. Love the way it's decorated. Nice sized bedrooms and bathroom. Hot tub was great! And loved having a fire at night. Great internet service too. Feels like you are secluded (it is very private) but has all the modern comforts too.

loved the cozy little cabin in the woods with squirrels leaping from tree to tree. Enjoyed coffee on the spacious porch, the comfy furniture indoors, and all the thoughtful accessories available.

Fantastic time
Perfect spot to stay for our mini adventure in the finger lakes. Well appointed kitchen and appeared to be newly updated. Would have loved a dishwasher cause we are all foodies and like to cook. Gas stove was awesome. Great deck for hanging out with our friends and enjoying dinner. Would highly recommend

Cute Little Cottage
We stayed a few days at this cute little cottage. The place was clean and well stocked. We enjoyed the outdoor spaces very much-fire pit area, porch and hot tub. We would stay again if ever back in the area.

Best Vrbo Ever!
Wonderful property, tucked away with privacy. The host has done an amazing job stocking the property with everything you’ll need for cooking, the hot tub was already warm, and she had firewood waiting for us to use! The property was Super clean and very cozy, we will be planning a trip again to the finger lakes again and will use this place!

This was a great place to come back to after taking nice long hikes! It’s very clean and stays warm in the winter! It was the perfect size for me and my boyfriend to just relax and watch some Netflix after a long day! Would definitely stay again!

Came for the wine...will come back for the cottage!
My wife and I were only up here for 2 nights but it was a stunning trip! The cottage was absolutely perfect, incredibly well maintained, and very close to many vineyards. Super easy communication, check in-out, and a very safe and comfortable space. Will definitely be checking back in here in the future! Great rental!

Perfect for a getaway
Celebrated our 20th anniversary with a quick mid-week trip. This cute cottage is just as advertised! Clean, quaint and a great place to relax with the hot tub. Amanda’s blue binder was a great addition and helpful too! Well located between lakes Cayuga & Seneca - you get the benefit of close proximity to many wineries! Also less than 30 minutes to Ithaca & Watkins Glen.

Perfect!
What a cozy perfect place to stay! Very clean and well maintained property. It had everything you needed and plenty of games and stuff to do. Close to many wineries and hiking trails with beautiful waterfalls. It was exactly what we where looking for and did NOT disappoint. Would love to stay again and would highly recommend to others.

Finger Lake getaway
CloudWine cottage is an awesome place to stay! We had such a great time exploring the area-especially for outdoor activities. We hiked, biked, dined, and visited a variety of breweries. Each night, we relaxed either on the front porch or in the hot tub. Our host was so considerate and the cottage was immaculate. Highly recommend!

The Cloud Wine cottage was amazing! Great location in between Cayuga and Seneca Lake so you get to experience all that the Finger Lakes has to offer! Super-clean, amenities were fantastic! You don‘t have to pack your kitchen and bathroom for your stay or overspend on little things like coffee, spices, kitchen accessories, etc. Fantastic deck, hot tub and fire pit! Communication with Amanda was great and easy! We will definitely be back!

3 day getaway
Property looked exactly like it did in the pictures. It was super clean and so cozy. We enjoyed the hot tub every evening. It has everything you need to feel right at home. Spent one afternoon just sitting on the covered porch reading and it was so quiet. I couldn't find the coffee and messaged Amanda and she replied immediately. We had an amazing stay and would highly recommend it.

This cottage was the best. I spent a lot of time looking for the best possible place to stay for my trip to the finger lakes and was happy I chose Amanda’s cottage. It was extremely clean and well stocked with all the necessities. Check in and out process was extremely easy and communication was better then expected before and during the trip. The cottage was extremely cozy and comfortable to where we spent most of one of the days on our trip hanging out relaxing with no intentions of leaving. Will definitely be staying again

From the moment you step into the cottage you notice the exquisite decor and well-maintenance of this property. Amanda was amazing in making our stay comfortable with thinking of small details with bathroom essentials, slides for the hot tub, and her amazing coffee station. Her communication skills were incredible. Hands down the nicest house and communication we’ve experienced with VRBO!

Great little cottage
Had a great couple days at this site. The owners thought of everything. House was stocked with games, coffee, water, toiletries. Even tooth brushes if we needed. They also left a great binder of information. For us. The property was right in the center of the Cayuga wine trail, which made it easy to tour all of the wineries. A soak in the hot tub at the end of the night was the icing on the cake! Great property!! We’d definitely book again!

Fabulous weekend getaway
Our weekend at Cloud Wine cabin was fantastic! The cabin lives up to every expectation. The owners were fabulous and have thought of EVERYTHING! The cabin is stocked with anything you could possibly need including firewood, brand new toothbrushes, hair ties, and much more. If you forgot something they probably have it for you. The binder of information was so helpful too. I can’t say enough good things about our weekend. If we are in the area again we will definitely be staying at Cloud Wine cabin!

Secluded, cozy and clean
We loved the clean, nautical and modern decor. We were extremely comfortable during our entire stay. This property is exactly as pictured, and has all the amenities one could possibly need. Amanda was very responsive and clearly knows what good hospitality means. We were welcomed with a basket of yummy snacks and a fridge full of chilled bottled water. The coffee and tea selection was phenomenal, with every kind of sweetener or creamer you might need. We had everything we needed for preparing simple meals, but other than breakfast, we ate in restaurants. Great, private location, but still just a short drive to wineries, cideries, distilleries and the lake. Loved sipping coffee on the comfy porch furniture in the morning, relaxing in the hammock, and soaking in the hot tub. Used the Smart TV to watch Netflix in the evenings, streaming was smooth and uninterrupted. Perfect for our anniversary getaway. Would absolutely stay here again. One recommendation - the first day we were there it was very hot, above 90 degrees. The single window air conditioner cooled the entire first floor just fine, but didn't seem to be enough to cool the loft that day - it was kind of warm and stuffy up there. The second day was in the low 80's and that night the loft was cool enough. I would suggest the property manager consider a 2nd A/C unit for the loft for very hot summer days. Also the water might be from a natural spring. It had a mild mineral/sulfur odor. Didn't bother us, but people with sensitive noses might find it off-putting. Not sure there's anything that could be done about that. All in all a wonderful place, and enjoyed every minute...didn't want to leave!

Amazing!
The CloudWine cottage was marvelous. It was clean, quiet, had all of the amenities we needed, and was just what we needed and wanted. The kitchen was stocked with dishes, appliances, and utensils better than any other cabin/Vrbo we have stayed in- we weren't looking around for things that were not available. Having a DVD player was a plus- as many properties do not these days. Close to most of what we wanted to see, yet secluded enough to be private. Would book again if going to the same area.

Amazing Stay at Cloud Wine
We loved this cabin. We stayed with our young children and it was the perfect size. It's remote and peaceful, but close to all the popular hikes and wineries. The kids loved exploring the yard and we enjoyed the hot tub at night. The house was clean and well stocked with the essentials. We would definitely stay again! Had a great time :)
