Even if the hotel is 5 stars but the staff are not caring and accommodating, the property wont make it to the top. Ahmed and Abdul are few of the staffs that are very remarkable . They handled every situation very well. I would definitely recommend the property due to its cleanliness, being near to tourist spots and staff's courteousness "

"This was our second visit to the Mole, we stayed in the hotel, in the manor suite for our anniversary weekend. The room was amazing, private sauna and steam room, separate lounge, more like an apartment. Very Comfy. The resort itself is beautiful and all the staff incredibly friendly and helpful. We have booked a week to go back and try one of the lodges this time with the whole family. "
