"This may have easily been our favorite stay of our entire European Christmas Market trip. Felt more like home or a bed and breakfast than a hotel. Guesthouse is very appropriate. Walking distance to just about everything and when it wasn't there was great public transportation or Uber. Breakfast was amazing and they even had a honor system for cold drinks. The hotel refused a refund and when Expedia approached them on my behalf, they did not answer their phone or e-mails. Terrible customer service."
