"It was located in the perfect place so that you could walk anywhere in Innsbruck from it. Also the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful."

"Check-in time is listed as 4:00 pm. We arrived at 2:00 pm Sunday and had to wait outside on the sidewalk until 4:00 pm when the code activated and allowed entrance into the property. The property manager should be more clear about this and the reason why. Otherwise, our stay was very good. If taking the bus into town make sure you have three Euros on hand to purchase a ticket at the bus stop."

One of the problems was not permanently fixed while we were there which was very annoying, but not because they didn't try. A permanent fix was coming after we left. "Ich war mit zwei erwachsenen Töchtern da und wir haben die 3 Tage in Mutters genießen können. Mit der Welcome Card bequem mit der S-Bahn nach Innsbruck oder auf den Berg mit der Gondelbahn fahren. Auch der Ausflug ins Hallenbad des Olympischen Dorfes hat sich gelohnt. Die Wohnung war sehr ruhig, hatte alles, was man brauchte und liegt nur 3 Minuten von der S-Bahn Haltestelle entfernt. Gerne wieder."
