"If you’re looking for “fancy,” this is not it. If instead you are looking for something homey, charming, and authentically Bavarian, this is excellent. Three other details: First, it’s worth noting that this is not remote, like the pictures might make you think; it’s on the main road that passes through the town, and there is mild noise of cars with your window open. Second, the pool is a community pool about a 20 minute walk away in the same small town. It’s very nice, and I recommend it....

"We had a great stay at Gasthof Rössle. The service was beyond fantastic, room was great and big, good bathroom with enormous bath tub. Basic yet good buffet breakfast. The hotel restaurant is incredible! Fine dining standards with very average pricing. They also have great wines and are able to recommend the best combinations for your food.
