"Overall good location for heading to center of town for dining and beverage. Convenient to major bus and train station Staff very helpful and welcoming. comfortable accommodations but there are no amenities at all. No laundry facilities, self laundry is a 17 minute walk. No hairdryer in room. Also Would have been nice to have a common area for brewing hot water for evening tea and refrigerator to hold food because restaurant is not open every day. "

The only negative thing I found (and it bother me because I was traveling with kids) was the cleaning lady knocking at my door at 9:30, then at 9:45 pointing at her watch, when checking out is at 10. As we are asked to check in at 3pm, I was expecting to be left alone until 10am. "

"Our stay at Viva rooms was good. The location between the train station and the tourist areas was great. The host was excellent at responding to messages and met us at the hotel. She was really nice and even recommended a book store for us to find a special book. The room was in ok condition, but the shower needed some work (some mold growing on the floor tiles around the drain). The bed was large, but a bit too hard for my taste. "The apartment was over three floors with steep steps (not good for anyone with mobility issues) in an old building. The place is full of character and worldly charm however it is, by definition really, quite old feeling. The bathroom consisted of an enclosed shower that was tiny (anyone of a larger build simply wouldn't be able to use it so be warned!) but otherwise we had a lovely stay"
