"The rooms were notably clean and well-decorated, featuring a spacious shower and a large, practical vanity unit. The heating was effective during my stay. However, the front-facing rooms are subject to significant traffic noise, making it difficult to keep the windows open. Breakfast offered a limited selection, and the pre-packaged muffins were disappointingly expired. While the coffee was acceptable, it wasn't exceptional. "The room was lovely and clean but i ciuldnt turn down the heating nor open window as on ground floor. Otherwise nice property."

"Our host Jenny was brilliant. There had been some kind of miscommunication on the booking, where other hosts would have created an issue, Jenny welcomed us and all was well. The property is very homely, in a very nice rural location, parking is within the farm, safe and secure. Jenny's team / family are all very welcoming and happy to help. Great place to stay if you're riding a motorbike, or wanting to visit Thruxton. "

"12 of us stayed at this beautiful house for 3 nights to see in the new year together, we had the most wonderful time. The house was perfect for all ages, there was something for everyone. We particularly liked that we could sit together in the living area and eat meals together as there was a dining table big enough for all of us. The games room and pool were perfect additions. Everyone enjoyed themselves which is a hard task when catering for all ages. We will be back, thank you"
