"Wonderful hotel location, with impeccable check in and initial welcome from desk staff. Elevator convenient and the roof bar was an enjoyable end to a day. We didn’t use the pool, it was too involved in the bar drinkers and blended into bar area as a water feature than for real use. "On arrival to the complex I was pleasantly surprised. It was nice and clean and staff were very accommodating. We went to our one bedroom duplex to check out our accommodation for the week, again we were pleasantly surprised. It was very nice, clean and had everything you would need for the week. The pool area was kept clean with 2 lifeguards throughout the day. The pool was never busy nor the area around so plenty of sun beds. Could do with a more family friendly restaurant on site as nothing near by. The restaurant that was open was great, food and service was wonderful, but on the pricey side, nice for a treat, nothing for everyday dining available. We had hired a car so could go elsewhere, otherwise you would need taxis. Small issue in wardrobes, no full length hanging space for dresses!...

"Don't think we've had a better stay in Gran Canaria. The place is fantastically located close to all the best places in Playa del Ingles. With the pool, mini golf, tennis and pool bar we had everything on-site we needed. The apartments are charming and comfortable, and good air conditioning! "
