"Beautiful property. Much effort was put into grounds maintenance such as extensive mowing of grass that was less than an inch tall. It would have been nice if some of that effort could have been redirected toward clearing some of the seaweed from the beach area so that the beach/ocean could have been more usable for swimmers. Wonderful staff and excellent food. "

"The employees are Excellent, specially Manuel from the restaurant and the super Jesús. However, the property is not equipped for some movement disabilities persons. Some stairs do not have railings making its use almost impossible. That is a law violation here in Puerto Rico and should be corrected very soon. I am disable and this issue caused me much difficulty. "

"Great affordable stay with the high Best Western quality. Very roomy and clean suite. Amenities are great as is breakfast. Front desk staff are friendly and helpful. Separate dedicated parking is a big plus."

"This is a retreat and lives up to the name, so be prepared for an experiential stay. The area is beautiful. It is in the Rain Forrest similar to a country or mountainous town in the U.S., so at night you'll hear tree frogs and nature. They offer yoga in the mornings but I unfortunately had to leave before that time. There's a restaurant at the facility that is vegetarian or vegan so be prepared for eating delicious meat free dishes. Again, the meals served are really good. I wish we could have stayed longer was my only issue. The staffs amazing and the room is gorgeous! "
