"The pros are: It’s really close to the beach, the beds are comfortable, it’s relatively clean, spacious house with breathtaking view, air conditioning throughout, nice gazebo. "This home is beautiful and spacious. We loved our stay there - it was very comfortable. The pool is beautiful and warm enough to swim in! There are lots of tv's (we only used one, but there must be 7 of them!) The kitchen is large and well-stocked. Lots of small appliances - microwave, toaster, blender, even a small air fryer. "This was a nice sized house for our family. It had a decent kitchen, and a nice outdoor area in the back. But the location was the best part of this stay. It was less than a five minute walk to the bay for excursions, restaurants, and shopping. It was also only a ten minute drive or so to get to a grocery store. The owners were also super responsive. It was a great stay for our family!"

"This condo was excellent- better than it looks in the photos! Clean, with comfy furniture and nice kitchen. There were beach towels, beach chairs, and boogie boards which made it so easy to enjoy the beach! Five minute drive to surfing, ten to a great swimming beach. And a short walk to all the Rindon restaurants. "

"Beautiful little home just outside the town of Rincón. Just a short few minute drive to the town center, this place was perfect for our family group of nine people stay for 2 days while visiting the area. The air conditioning worked great in all of the bedrooms. There were also towels and beach toys for us to utilize while there. Loved this spot!"

"My sons and I had a phenomenal stay during spring break. Finding the location was easy. Once we arrived, check in was simple. This location is within 15 minutes from Playa Buye, one of the most gorgeous beaches in PR. We felt safe at the location (really felt safe in all of PR) and enjoyed the amenities. "We had a great time! The hosts really set everything up to make the stay smooth and enjoyable. Beach was close, quiet, perfect for our kids. The house was clean and within easy travel distance to many fun places and excursions. Hosts were easy to reach and provided alot of helpful information prior to arrival. "Layout was perfect for our large group. We also rented the house next door so we had pleny of room. Love the location on the ocean and close to area restaurants and bars. Patio/pool area was perfect for our large group. Could have better stocked kitchens and we didn't have any hair dryers so had to purchase one, but otherwise wonderful!"

"The property had everything we needed to enjoy our stay in rincon. About a 5-10 min drive to the center. The listing is honest and everything we wanted. 4 min walk to the beach- had beach chairs, snorkel gear, coolers, washer/dryer, jacuzzi, cool ac. The only difficulty was finding the place. The address that VRBO has, doesn’t take you to the property. However, we contacted the host, and he graciously led us to his home. It was late at night and he stayed on the phone with us until we walked...

"We just got back from a week in beautiful Rincon. The property accommodated all our needs and the kids loved the private pool. John, the manager, was easy to get a hold of and so helpful when we arrived after dark and weren't sure of the exact location. We walked to restaurants, shops and excursions. I would only suggest a few extra blankets and better lighting and some hooks in the master bathroom. Minor things. We'd come back! "
