Hello, and welcome to Griff's top-floor condo in downtown Indianapolis. Four blocks from North of Monument Circle, four blocks West of Mass Ave.

This one-bedroom, one-bathroom has plenty of space with a stocked kitchen.

The building is undergoing a $6 million renovation (started May 1, 2023). I want to be transparent as some common areas (lobby, elevator, etc.) may not be as appealing as they will be in the coming months.

Conveniently located between Mass Ave and Monument Circle (five-minute walks), this location is perfect whether you are in town for business at the Convention Center, heading to a concert at the Old National Centre, or rooting for your team at Lucas Oil Stadium or Gainbridge Fieldhouse. 15-minute drive to Indianapolis Motor Speedway.
