"This was the 2nd time we stayed at The Renaissance…it was an awesome experience to be remembered by Kean and one of their managers, Gordon! We were checked in by Fern, who was also professional, friendly and very helpful. I also will like to mention Janeth and Mike at the restaurant, on Monday October 14th; their service, friendliness truly was 10 🙌the mimosas were beautifully decorated with fresh fruit and the food was delicious. We will definitely come back! We love the hotel’s location as you can walk to downtown Palm Springs, casino and a lot more."
