"So first off, the staff were very nice, and the property was fine. There was an incident where police were waiting on a warrant for someone across from us all night and had a yelling match back and forth. The doors/walls were uncomfortably thin in that regard. That being said, the staff took care of us and provided a full refund for our stay due to the incident since we were unable to sleep. Not the best area of town, but that's what it's like in Charlotte. Hotel was pretty nice all things...

"Pretty resort area with small beach. Was here in the off season but can picture this as being a great place for families in the warmer months. Our rental was nice & had all we needed."
