"Everything about this cottage was arranged with thought and good taste, including simple decorations, furniture, and kitchen items. We instantly felt at home, except more relaxed, not being surrounded by our own chores and to-do lists! It was easy to walk to restaurants and shops by crossing the charming covered bridge. In the other direction I found the Art Center and a beautiful park, and a second footbridge to the Library and History Museum. Highlights of our trip were the Silverton Holiday...

The overstuffed chair could have used an ottoman because the chair height was uncomfortable to sit in for any length of time. Another condo chair or a love seat would have been great. "Excellent location: walkable to downtown; easy access to US highways for day trips (w/in one hour of the coast); quiet, quaint neighborhood. Excellent property: immaculate, well-furnished; kitchen modern, spotless, a cook's heaven--you could effortlessly prepare and host a seven-course, Thanksgiving dinner in the kitchen. If the host did long-term leases, I'd rent Vine Street Cottage for a year and forego apartment hunting."
