"From check in to check out, I had a great experience at the Nest hotel! Staffs were very professional and friendly, clean, updated room. They have 24 hours open convenience store, room service available until 1 am, that helped my late time checked in. If I need to stay near ICN airport in the future, I'll definitely book this hotel again!"

"The property is good, well maintained but the hallway and the room smelled and have Incense in it. For me, I can not bear the strong smell. Removing the incense reduced the unbearable smell. In addition the air conditioning system was tough to operate. There are some translation from Korean but I wasn’t able to get it to work. Or the AC itself is broken. "

"The property is a 5 star experience. The rooms are so spacious and luxurious! Right across the street from a local grocery store one can find anything we might need. The only thing is the subway station is quite a few blocks away and is about 1 hour by subway to all the main tourist attractions."
