"The instructions to the shuttle bus was not clear. The stations are in the middle pick up area with the taxis but are on each end of the airport. I had to ask him to put my luggage on the bottom. The shuttle doesn’t provide wifi even though the drive is pretty long to go to the hotel. ( Grand Hyatt’s shuttle had free wifi ) …it’s about a 20 minute ride from Terminal 1. If you have a flight in the morning before 8am, there is no free shuttle to the airport even though the front desk is 24 hours....

Nice size jacuzzi for 2 but the jets were not working. No shuttle service to ICN airport and only allowed 1 hotel key for unit Check in time at 3 pm was a little late but they do let you store the luggages at front while stroll around until check in in time. "Stayed at this hotel for a 20 hour layover in South Korea. Everything was efficient from check in to check out. Our room was very comfortable. The concierge was very helpful & provided good recommendations for dinner in the city proper, which was around 15 minutes from the hotel by taxi. Breakfast buffet next morning had varied selections & the food was tasty. We definitely recommend staying here if u have a short layover in Incheon."
