"I would definitely stay at this property again! It is very family friendly. I stayed at many hotels in Japan and missed having a gym and a pool. This was such a nice feature to have! The shuttle to the airport was very convenient. Recommended to all families, especially with children."

"It was hard to find but once we were there it was smooth sailing. Very quiet and peaceful. Great if you’re flying and get there late. We only stayed 1 night and had no problems. They provided a locker, shower towel, toothpaste, tooth brush, restrooms, and a peaceful environment. We went downstairs at terminal 2 and then asked where it was and it was very easy to find. Everyone was nice. "
