"Well equipped and close to amenities and metro. Short stay so washing machine, dishwasher, hob, oven , microwave not needed. Some minor repair of damage on walls , crack in widow required. The apartment did suffer from street noise throughout night, otherwise comfortable for sleep. Room access by app on mobile phone somewhat stressful - concern over loss of charge. A socket adaptor for uk plugs on site would have been appreciated."

"The apparent was very comfortable and clean. Good central location close to a metro station and local amenities. My only two (very, very minor) issues - the TV didn't work properly (not that we wanted to use it much) - the sound wouldn't come on - but that could have been "user error". And there's an intermittent issue with the lock on the front door where it occasionally won't unlock unless you fiddle with it for several minutes - but that could be something we were doing wrong and it only...

" The apartment was very nice, the area is very comfortable, there is a supermarket and restaurants nearby and a relatively short drive from the center. The apartment was cleaned only once during the 8 days and towels were provided only once during the stay and they did not take care to empty garbage, put garbage bags and only put a toilet roll once. For this reason I had to buy toilet paper and garbage bags and wash towels alone"

"Myself and 3 friends had a fantastic stay at Grand Budapest Penthouse. I had mentioned to Luca that we were celebrating my birthday and they put a bottle of wine, bottle of champaign, and a box of chocolates in my room! They helped make my celebrations extra special. The room was clean and in a great location. Luca offered to help us book a river boat tour, offered recommendations, and was very helpful. Super friendly service!"

"The apartment was great, equipped with all the facilities you need and most importantly, clean and in a very good location - less than a minute walk from the market hall. The communication with the host is superb and you get updates right up to the time of your arrival. The surrounding area is safe and clean with plenty of restaurants nearby. Right beside the apartment entrance are a couple of places to eat (pizza and kebab) but check beforehand for the opening times as sometimes they close...
