"It took over 45 mins for them to find our bookings and even then they found the wrong ones. Then finally showed us to our capsules and it was ok but nothing special. The mattresses were very thin, although there bedding appeared clean, there were some stray hair strands around. The stay was very basic, there was nothing fantastic or special to send home"

"A few of the things I liked in the dorm room is each bed has a curtain so you have privacy and the space is really big with lots of storage space right under your bed. The staff were really friendly and helpful and the welcome card is a nice touch too. There’s a nice chill out area with bean bags and the coffee is great too. (Good coffee is a rarity in hostels) "

"Friendly staff, very willing to help guide you to where you need to go and what tours you need to take. Capsules are very clean and come with two USB outlets and multiple light settings. The A/C of the whole room is kept at a nice cold temperature. The location is slightly away from the hustle and bustle of KK, but that creates a nice enjoyable walk. The hostel is located right next to IMAGO mall which has plenty of high-end stores. (If that's your thing #GucciHostelLife) "

"一家四人到沙巴旅遊，我們選擇VIP ROOM，很喜歡這樣的住宿體驗不僅床型特別，床墊和枕頭也非常舒適，空調很新很穩定很涼爽，讓我們五天四夜的自助旅遊，睡得好，玩得愉快。飯店位置的四週有很多商場可逛，走路3-5分鐘就有好多知名的餐廳（富源，大茄來.双天.華興etc.）最後要謝謝親切的櫃檯人員(中文也會通喔),我的孩子手機忘在grab車上，他們義不容辭的幫助我們聯絡，很快速的司機先生就幫忙將手機送回最後一天在等待送我們到機場的司機先生遲到了，櫃檯人員也熱心的幫忙打電話確認，很貼心對待旅客。真心推薦到沙巴旅遊，選擇b-bang capsule hotel~"

"What a DEAL!! An incredibly nice, clean, centrally located modern hotel at such a low price - and that price included an all-you-can-eat Chinese breakfast buffet each morning. On-site gym and outdoor pool, on-site convenience store, on-site restaurant, shuttle service to the 3 major shopping malls, on-site laundry service, and a huge, well-furnished, well-kept hotel room with all the modern-day amenities I needed. I HIGHLY recommend the Ming Garden Hotel is/when you're visiting Kota Kinabalu."
