"Easy walking distance to Sugamo station (about 5 minutes), lots of restaurants, clean and a good price. No trash bin in the room. Also, check in process was very problematic. No code was sent and I had to call multiple places to get a code. Sat outside the door trying to track someone down. VRBO was no help. "誕生日会で宿泊しました。写真通りのお姫様全開なお部屋で、清潔感もあります。5人での宿泊ですが、ソファは人数分ないので2人は床でした。敷物はないので、お部屋のクッション借りしました。お風呂やトイレもこだわってて、綺麗ですが冷蔵庫は小さめだったので、機能性より内装や写真映え重視の人なら安心して泊まれます！私は映え重視だったのでいい写真がたくさん撮れて満足です！紙皿や割り箸、映えなフォークやスプーンもあってパーティには最適でした！ただ、今回、掲載されている電話番号が使用されてないとのことで管理人の方と連絡を取るのが非常に大変でした。私は現地に行ってみたらたまたまスタッフの方が居たのでその人伝に連絡を取れましたが、遠方からだったら連絡とれないままだったろうなって感じです。連絡だけつくようにして欲しいです。"

"I love this hidden gem, the Yanaka neighborhood is charming and a nice break from the hustle and bustle of the rest of Tokyo. Very conveniently located to Nippori station for airport transport and quick subway rides to the rest of Tokyo's sights. This neighborhood has some great restaurants and bars as well. The hotel itself is incredibly charming and hip with helpful staff. "

"We stayed here for 10 days, and other than not being able to find the hotel initially (if you travel by subway to Otsuka, take the exit to your right as you exit, next to the bakery makes everything much easier!). The rooms were clean and comfortable, but basic, which is all we wanted. The showers were good (good water pressure, amazing!).
