"Love PGA west, have stayed here many times. This home is on a perimeter road of the neighborhood, so there is a little more road noise than typical. Also, the bunk room had a bad smell, almost like pet, urine, or something, probably needs a deep clean or carpets to be replaced. Finally, the first night we checked in there was a cricket in the dining room that had somehow gotten in and it was pretty loud. " Amazing and beautiful home. Well maintained and fully stocked with all the necessary in the kitchen. Melissa was very helpful and responded immediately with any questions or concerns. "Property was as expected and pictured in the listing. The manager was very prompt in resolving a couple minor issues and questions about the property. Two things to note that didn't really impact us: 1) The master bedroom closet is locked and is effectively the owner's closet. This means no hanging closet space in the master. Not a massive deal since it was just two of us, but an inconvenience. There was also not a hanger in the entire house, but I get the feeling that previous renters may have...
