"The hotel and the staff were really great. The staff were all very friendly. It was super clean and felt like they remodeled within the last 5-10 years at least. Our room wasn’t quite ready when we arrived but they allowed us to go to the bar and get some drinks on them which was nice and we were happy with that. The breakfast had a decent selection, I do wish there were some more vegetable choices but that was just me…they at least had tomatoes and some salad but that was it. There were plenty...

"Lots of graffiti everywhere. The Centro part of town has unpaved, narrow, one way streets. Two neighborhood restaurants were excellent and offered very good value. The staff were helpful but at night, the streets were not well lighted. The breakfast buffet was very good with a combination of European and American breakfast items."

"This was a good hotel close to train station, area a bit unsafe in surrounding streets. WE had to change our travel plans due to out of our control situation, this was the only hotel to not change our plans with no cost, in fact they charged us the full amount of the lost night which left a sour taste so be careful when booking with this hotel."

"This hotel grew on me. The room wasn’t warm and inviting, but I liked the high ceilings. There were lovely parts of the hotel we did not have time to explore. It was disappointing to have the “pool” be only a jacuzzi that closes early and was closed completely on Christmas Day. I book hotels to specifically use the pool and gym. Otherwise it was nice. "Sofia is so helpful, knowledgeable and kind. The hotel is very clean and my room was spotless. Outside on the street not so. It was noisy on the street til 10 or 11 but then total quiet. The owner did a wonderful upgrade to this old building. Everything is modern and with smart technology. I was quite comfortable. I'm only here for one day so I wasn't bothered by the street or noise. If you are coming to Naples and just want a super clean hotel that is peaceful and safe this is the place!"

"The property itself is wonderful and a very safe haven within Naples. The staff were lovely and the breakfast was good. It is very close to the train station which is super convenient but some of the streets surrounding the property are a bit chaotic and dirty. But again the property itself is wonderful and a clean safe haven in a busy city. "

"We stayed in the executive room with the jacuzzi bath in the room and it was simply the best, the room was huge, the bed was super comfy and the jacuzzi was absolutely amazing the staff were so very helpful in every way and it was a gorgeous hotel, the shuttle bus was superb to get you into the city centre and back, we would highly recommend this hotel "

"We arrived early, and the hotel was kind enough to store our luggage in their secure deposit room. Antonio at the front desk was helpful—he not only gave us a detailed city map but also highlighted the must-see attractions, which was a great touch. The rest of the team made our check-in process seamless and even accommodated our request regarding with the mattress situation. The hotel itself was spotless, with the lobby, public restrooms, and our room all exuding a pleasant, fresh scent. The location is good—just a short walk from both the train and bus stations, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. There are also several excellent restaurants nearby. Considering the affordable price we paid, I think this hotel offers great value for its location, cleanliness, and helpful service. Highly recommend!"

"Friendly and proactive staff, very helpful. A good and comfortable hotel, situated one street away from Piazza Garibaldi so very conveniently located for trains, coaches and airport bus, although the streets outside are a little sketchy. Room could have done with a little more storage space for clothes. Breakfast buffet was very good."
