"I didn’t like that I had to pay for parking, to be a 5 stars hotel, parking fees should be included in the reservation fee. Some of the staff are not well trained to deal with clients and the front office receptionist was favouring some nationalities over the the locals which was very unprofessional for me. "

"You surely can’t get better view from any hotel in Giza.This is actually a group of small local business working together and they try their best to make you feel home. The price is fair for the accommodation that is comfortable, clean and safe, yet simple. Do not let the surroundings make you feel uneasy: remember, the area is far from being any rich. Respect and talk honestly to people and they will do the same. The bazar next door is nice and the owner is super friendly and helpful. There is a young man in a tent nearby the sphinx entrance, making a remarkable double espresso. And yes, there is also a kfc and Pizza Hut nearby (almost doesn’t fit in, but hey…) The hotel is also a short ride to the GEM, the new monumental museum. And, of course, the views to the pyramids that are mind boggling. I did all my tour alone, walking from the hotel and back. I can’t recommend it more!"

"We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The staff were very helpful and kind. The location and view of the pyramids were out of this world. Having breakfast right in front of the Sphinx each morning was amazing. Thank you to you all for looking after us."
