"Michael and the lovely lady (sorry didnt catch her name) that checked us in were FANTASTIC and extremely helpful answered all my questions and even obliged to get us a upgraded room that faced the river. Customer service was excellent and the room was beautiful! Wow! We are so happy we found this hotel and we look forward to staying here again and bringing our family. Highly reccomend! We'll also have to try the happy hour next time, they had a food menu that sounded delicious and a beautiful little bar and sitting area in the lobby."

"Very nice front desk staff. They made everything effortless for my 2 nights stay. Morning brekky has you sitting smack dab in front of the prom and Tillamook Head. Perfecto!!! Room was spotless and the shower rained down on you magnificently. I'll be headed back for sure!!"

"Our stay was exceptional. The room was very large and clean. It is an older property, but they have maintained it well and have done quality upgrades to the rooms. We definitely felt they take pride in their property. The only issue and it is really not even that big a deal but with the size of the room, the TV could be a little larger. This is a yearly business trip for us so we will definitely be staying again next year. "
