Rooms were immaculately clean, well resourced in tthe bathroom and for tea, coffee, snacking and all thi g bar frig related. Service was friendly and helpful. "We had a beautiful room on the first floor, overlooking the lake. Lovely big balcony. Great kitchen area well equipped and a huge bathroom. 1/2 hour walk into Yamba along the river, lots of gekko’s sunbathing on the rocks. You can walk on further to the Breakwater and watch the surfers to your right on Pippi Beach and Dolphins to your left. Just beautiful.
