In the heart of beautiful coastal Iluka our space is very central and a short walk from well almost everything. You will enjoy our newly renovated spacious1-bedroom airconditioned flat which is perfect for singles and couples looking for something quaint, cosy but modern and stylish. The flat is attached to our main home. Fully self-contained with your own private entrance and parking area. If we are home unless we can help with local information you can be assured, we will be completely respectful of your privacy. This property is fantastic. Easy walking distance to everything including the beach, river, bowls club, ferry for day trips to Yamba, bush walks, fisherman’s co-op and more. Very well appointed accomodation with all essential items for a comfortable stay. Very quiet and private. Love, love, loved it. Thank you!

Great location and well appointed accommodation
This little flat was perfect for us and our needs. It was well appointed with all the necessary appliances and spaces. We especially enjoyed lying about on the outdoor patio with the fireplace on while it was raining outside … perfect. The second morning the weather was just right to use the outdoor shower too!! We really had a lovely stay and wished we could have stayed longer than two nights.

With the “country meets coastal” renovation which gives this accommodation a very relaxed homely feel, the super hosts Kerrie and John could not be more pleasant, helpful and informative. With privacy paramount, with own entrance you can come and go as you please. We have never stayed in accomodation such as this before, highly recommended for us. As we are regular to Iluka we will be back again.
