The staff was excellent but the room was severely lacking. The shower and sink were very moldy. The pool was filthy. Overall the whole place needs a makeover.

beautiful place to stay for vacation. to much mosquitoes. I can't sleep on the second night. they could put up screens protectors on the windows. but everything it is very nice. thanks for hospitality.

old hotel, bad conditions
I booked the hotel last minute for business. Arrived and the hotel has good common amenities but the room was terrible. The windows don't seal because of how old they were so the room was packed full of mosquitoes. I could not sleep a minute. The internet would not work for more than 15 minutes and there is no hot water. Breakfast was ok, but not great. This is an old hotel with no maintenance and it shows. It was so bad, i canceled my second night and simply got a hotel elsewhere. Beware

Hotel muito bom e aconchegante.
O Hotel é muito bom. Café da manhã excelente. Cama maravilhosa. Banheiro grande. A piscina é bem funda 1,80. Tem apenas uma parte bem rasinha para crianças pequenas e outra maior, mas é muito curto e se a criança escorregar pode se afogar, pois o que separa é apenas uma corda. Elas jamais podem ficar sem supervisão. A praia em frente não é muito boa, mas após o Forte é linda, rasa, com piscinas naturais. Fiquei encantada. À noite teve música ao vivo. Excelente artista. Não tem lugares por perto pra comer nem ifood. Mas o restaurante do Hotel atende.
