"The pool was cold and sauna wasnt working. These were two of the main reasons we booked the stay. I rang before booking to ensure a pet friendly property was available and no one mentioned this. The accomodation was very basic with a really hard bed in the master. The kettle leaked from the base, there was broken glass underneath my son’s bed and one of the seats of the sofa was collapsed. Having said that we had a fantastic meal at the restaurant and all the staff were really warm and friendly."

"The venue has a nice rustic feel and is located in a very nice quiet place. The restaurant was very nice & inviting and the food was delicious. The accommodation is also very nice, clean and modern. The staff were very attentive and friendly. I would definitely stay again."

"This is our 3rd stay. The rooms have been upgraded and we had a nice view. We are always made to feel welcome by the wonderful friendly people on reception. We arrived early but were able to leave our bags in reception. Parking is payable and you need to arrive early. However, we know the area well and thete is free on-steet parking nearby if you know where to look."
