"This is good option to stay in London, close to the overground station and bus stops. The hotel is tiny but clean and safe. The staff was always attentive to make sure my stay was as pleasant as possible."

"Check-in was complicated as e-mail warning of the £50 up-front deposit and need for photo ID was sent to junk mail. Parking is advertised as included in the price, when it’s available on a first come, first served basis and there are only TWO spaces! Bed was not comfortable, only 1 pillow and that felt like resting your head on a patio slab!! On the plus side it was exceptionally cheap and I guess you get what you pay for. "

"We were moved to another hotel which house refugee's & other’s that had two 24 hr security guards. Why? So really felt unsafe. We had two gentlemen follow us in a car? Why? This should not be allowed, we should of been told & words cannot express the frighteningly terrible experience."
