"69 grove was exellent in all aspects of service and perfect location i. zone 1&2. Two hosts and Bob showed the genuine hospitality to the guest. They are service specialist seem have own protocols. As in Bed and Breakfast, My sister amd I slept well in a spacious clean bedroom in a king size bed and the we had freshly cooked delicious full English breakfast everyday during 7days' stay. "A bizarre experience… Wasn’t able to actually stay at this property as I never received check-in instructions from the host. Unfortunately the host read and ignored my messages and emails as well as communications from the property manager (they weren’t much help either), for reasons unknown. Luckily hotels.com stepped in and gave me a full refund + a voucher for compensation."
