"This is a wonderful place to stay in Santa Fe, especially if you are coming for the natural scenery. The owner does warn you in advance- the drive up the mountain is intimidating. We had an all wheel drive vehicle and I suggest (as does he) the same for anyone else. On our last morning it snowed on the mountain. "The casita was better than we expected. It was cozy and comfortable for the two of us with eclectic decoration and furnishings. The hosts welcomed us and were prompt to answer a couple of questions, but afterward everything we needed was in place. A walking trail was two blocks away, and we wished the weather had allowed us to enjoy it more.
