"Positives- Staff are very welcoming, and does an excellent job escorting and helping you bring luggage to your room. They write and explain what number to call for front desk and check the room for you. I love that there were things that were complimentary especially a razor with shaving cream. Love love you pay once on expedia and there's no extra hidden fees where your card is on hold, until you leave.
